She has been trained in children’s yoga through Karma Kids Yoga and the Radiant Child yoga programs (2005). She created the Yoga-Yingo game series in 2005 to help families learn yoga in a fun way. She began speaking about these 2 topics dear to her heart: Yoga and Kids, in 2009 due to requests for information by her peers. She loves sharing what she knows with others and being able to offer a workshop with very practical straightforward activities therapists and teachers can bring to work with them the next day.
