YOGA-YINGO games are a great way to introduce yoga poses and "play" yoga with the children in your life.  Designed for play at home, children's yoga classes, schools, daycares, and group therapy sessions.  They 're played like bingo except everyone "wins" at the same time!

TheYOGA-YINGO game series was developed by a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in 2005-2006 and presently consists of three themed  yoga game sets. They have been used with typically developing children, as well as kids with special needs.

Classic Yoga Set: has traditional yoga poses like downward dog, cobra, warrior II, tree, forward bend, spinal twist, etc..

Farm Set:  has poses like cow, cat,

chicken, horse, pig and plow. This set is a real hit for the preschool set.


Nature Set:  has poses like half-moon, rainbow, star and butterfly and is recommended for ages 6 and up.
